Scania customers can sign-up to Scania Charging Access from MyScania account. Once logged into MyScania, they should go to Charging services and click at the tab Scania Charging Access.

Scania Charging Access is free of charge to use and no sign up cost is taken.

When chosing "sign up" the process will start and require following information:

1. VAT registration number
2. Invoicing address (Important: we are currently working on adding an “Invoice Reference field”, in the meanwhile please use Address Line 3 as an invoice reference field)
3. Charging cards (here customer can order their charging cards personalizing them)
4. Delivery address for sending charging cards
5. Review and register to SCA

Please note that only existing Scania customers (i.e. a customer with at least one Scania truck and My Scania account) can sign up for the service at this moment through a sign up flow on My Scania. Once signed up, the service can be used for mixed fleet.

How ever, if a non-Scania customer contact us and wishes to sign up for the service, Charging Services team (UDT) can create an FMAT account manually. 

After sign up:

When a subscription agreement is activated the customer will receive 

• A welcome message by e-mail. 
• A personal welcome package by post with all important documents and the charging cards ordered. (Charging cards are inactive when delivered. See article Charging card activation for instructions how to activate them in My Scania).  

If a non-Scania customer contact us and wishes to sign up for the service, Charging Services team (UDT) can create an FMAT account manually.
