While Scania Charging Access is a mobile service provider provided by Scania and fully integrated into Scania ecosystem, this is the solution powered by a legal entity Traton Charging Solutions AB. In this role, Traton Charging Solutions AB offer charging services for all TRATON brands (i.e. Scania, MAN etc.).

If a customer from example MAN reaches out with the request about invoice, balanced or similar accountin question please reply to the customer with the following:
 

"Thank you for contacting Scania Digital Support. Unfortunately, we are unable to help you with your request since we only support Scania digital services. Please be kindly advised to contact accounting@tratoncs.com for your request."
