Every month a customer of Scania Charging Access receives one single consolidated invoice with all charging events and costs for the period.
A monthly invoice is always sent to customer’s company invoice email address at the start of the following month. Customer can find out which email address is registered for invoicing and change it at the contact page in Scania Charging Access > Manage Agreement.
On top of the monthly invoice send out, a customer can always download invoices from My Scania at Scania Charging Access > Invoices. Select period and press "download" in the table.
Please note: if a customer needs to add Invoice Reference information please advise to do so under “Manage Agreement” > Invoicing Address > add Invoice Reference in Address line 2 or 3 field. Our product team is working on creating a dedicated Invoice Reference field, but until it’s released the Address 2 or 3 field should be used as a reference field.
The invoice is Scania branded but generated by legal entity Traton Charging Solutions AB which service is powered by. Here is an example on how the invoices are looking:
Payment instructions are included in the cover sheet of the invoice. Payment terms are due 15 days from the invoice date (customer agrees to these terms when signing up for the service and accepting T&C). Currently we are only accepting bank transfers using IBAN/BIC (we are not able to provide for example, BankGiro or other details for payment at the moment).
