Charging card is a physical card linked to a user's account that enables secure identification, authorization, and payment at EV charging stations within Scania Charging Access MSP network.

The initial order of charging cards is done during the sign up to the service. To see full sign up flow including the step of order charging cards - see article Sign up process

How to order additional Charging Cards

1. Log in to My Scania.

2. Go to Charging Services and the tab Scania Charging Access.

3. Click Manage charging cards → Order charging cards.

4. Choose how many cards you want and personalize it, confirm the order, and submit (maximum of 25 cards is possible to order).

For now the charging cards are free of charge. This might change in the future. 

The latest update of the flow shortered the ordering process to now contain one less step and also added an order summary that is a confirmation page that clearly shows all order details.

The cards should arrive to your specified delivery address within 5 working days from the order date. The cards are coming together with an instruction for activation attached.
