My Scania's charging station data comes from the Traton Solution back-office, which aggregates and verifies data with Charge Point Operators. Charging is limited to stations in the Scania Charging Access network, not all CPO stations.
The back-office is responsible for:
- Aggregating charging station data
- Verifying availability with CPOs (Charge Point Operators) (e.g. Ionity, Recharge, OKQ8)
- Maintaining accuracy of station status
Visability and Suitability
Station visibility depends on filters, and suitability for trucks is not guaranteed. Availability is shown per connector, not per station. Users should collect station ID/address for issues and escalate only for non-existent or incorrect data.
A station can be:
