Issue Description

Business Units/Scania personnel reach out regarding activating subscriptions that have been cancelled due to change of owership. 

Often connected to CMAPS subscription and Included subscriptions, for exampel Control 1 (included). 

Instructions
 

When a Scania personnel reach out and express that subscription needs to be added again, we can also identify the reason for the terminiation under Subscriptions History in FMAT, there it's notes on the left under "reason terminated" and it's stated "the equipment has changes owner" 

This happens when the ownership is deleted instead of transferred. 
 
When the owner is removed, the system triggers the subscription termination process because the equipment no longer has an owner associated with the subscription.
 

The recommended process is to transfer ownership, not delete it. The best practice is documented in the FMAT → HELP section under Equipment, page 53.

This information can be shared with the Scania personnel.
